What inspired you to participate in the LUXE Showhome?

We've partnered with this home builder before. We were happy to participate in the Showhome with LUXE Magazine-- especially when we knew that the proceeds would help local charities.

What product or service did you contribute to the LUXE Showhome?

We built the vanishing-edge swimming pool. In the basement courtyard, we built the all-tile perimeter overflow spa with the nine-foot tall granite water wall.

What makes the product or service that you featured in the LUXE Showhome unique?

The entire pool was set six inches above grade, which gives it a subtle but undeniable prominence. The pool's all-tile interior features a distinct pattern at the bottom, which creates the illusion of a fine carpet. The spa is located 12 feet below grade in an atrium, which inspires an open yet private setting. The pool and spa lighting, heating and water features can all be controlled from anywhere in the house.
